As planned, a memorial meeting was held on 30-11-2011 in SIT auditorium, which was well attended by   large number of students, staff of SIT, alumni and others. The meeting lasted about two and half hours and everyone who spoke paid very high encomiums to our Guru, ANC, sir. Some   of the alumni and others who attended the meeting, made instantaneous contributions to the fund

It has also  details of an exclusive SB account opened for this fund, facilitating on line transfer of fund from donors. Of course this is in addition to the normal mode through Cheque/Demand draft. Those sending   fund through on line transfer, may kindly send a follow up  email to Principal to his email id ,<ssp62@yahoo.co.in>  with confirmation number of transaction along with complete postal address, tel/cell no. and PAN, with cc to Secretary of SITAA, rekaraman@gmail.com.  This will facilitate sending formal receipt.

A separate committee of 5/6 alumni members from SITAA will administer the scholarship/merit awards, depending on the quantum of funds received, and returns.  The committee will meet in due course to operationalise the Endowment scheme to make it effective in academic session commencing June 2012. Further details will be posted in SITAA’s web site.
